Carl checks out a number of murders connected to a prototype robot named Mister R.I.N.G. who escapes after his funding was
cut off and the government was getting ready to disassemble him, so R.I.N.G. fights back to survive.
Sound familiar? Kinda like Short Circuit. But unlike Johnny V, Mister R.I.N.G. is willing to kill to defend itself.
