THE PLOT:
The story of a reporter for the Indeapendent News Service. Carl Kolshack, just a normal guy doing a normal job. But his
stories he writes is anything but normal, his news beat is the world of the supernatural.
For twenty episode Carl battled creatures like Vampires, Werewolves, Swamp Monsters and his boss Tony. Finding their
weaknesses and stopping these monsters before they strike again.
ZEDD'S OPINION:
A great series, good looking monster designs. Great human characters. Humor and scares to go around. But it seems not many
people liked Carl and he got yelled at allot. Plus, thanks to the censorship at the time, allot of cool gore shots were cut
out. Monster of the monsters were good, except when they went cheap and wrote in invisible monsters.
I GIVE IT...7 STARS OUT OF 10

VOLTRON'S OPINION:
I have to agree with Zedd on this. The series is great. Lots of scares and laughs. But I think the yelling did get on my
nevrves alittle more then Zedd.
I ALSO GIVE IT...7 STARS OUT OF 10

ON THE POSITIVE SIDE (+ HITS)
+ MONSTERS (Both of us liked most of the monsters used in this show)
+ WRITING (We both enjoyed the clever and brillant writing plots)
+ HUMOR (Zedd enjoys the humor of the series)
+ SCARY (We both enjoyed the scariness of the series)
ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE (- MISSES):
- YELLING (We both got annoyed on all the yelling at Carl had to put up and how most people didn't like him)
- CHEAP MONSTERS (Zedd didn't like how some of the monsters were invisible)
- CENSORSHIP (We both hated the censorship of the time which may be the reason it was canscelled after 20 episodes)
